$220/60-90 minute intake session

In this session, we take a deep dive into your nutrition and health history in order to establish a personalized nutrition care plan to best promote physical, mental, & emotional health.

Follow-up Sessions

$150/45-60 minute follow-up session

1:1 counseling session to keep on track with health goals & personalized nutrition care plan, provide expert guidance & accountability. For adolescent clients family involvement is required.

Nutrition Support Group

Thursdays 6-7pm, $45

Sacramento nutrition support group for adults struggling with eating and body image and/or in recovery from an eating disorder. Designed to create a safe, informative, and healing community space in support of your recovery journey.
